In February 2008, Domain Aged Care and Principal Aged Care announced the merger of their existing operations to create The Domain Principal Group, Australia's largest privately operated aged care provider.

The combination of the two businesses gives us the strength to improve our services and invest in our shared culture of looking after our residents and staff in the best possible way.

We are now in the process of making enhancements to our systems, processes and facilities. We recognise this is necessary to ensure that the care we provide continues to keep pace with the community's rising expectations for high quality aged care.
