Executive Director
As the Executive Director for Domain Aged Care, Bill is responsible for the implementation of governance and strategic planning directives and the management and development of organisational capability. Bill also oversees capital funding and the management and integration of new acquisitions. Bill also is directly responsible for managing relations with corporate, investor, stakeholder, regulatory and funding bodies as well as directing Greenfield building projects. Bill's career in aged care commenced 24 years ago as owner and manager of Queensland’s first privately funded user pays hostel. He has extensive experience as a consulting administrator and facilitator and has been comprehensively involved in managing complex governance issues in private and public companies. Bill is an Eden Associate and current member of Coaches Consortium. |

Chief Operations Officer
Cathy is the Chief Operations Officer and a Director of Domain Aged Care specialising in management systems, clinical governance and quality management, and is a registered nurse in Queensland and Victoria. Her nursing career commenced in the acute sector and for the last 25 years she has developed her expertise in aged care. Cathy has occupied various senior roles from Director of Nursing to Management Advisor. She commenced an aged care consultancy with business partner Bill Summers in 1998 and the knowledge and expertise developed through assisting non-compliant services from the commencement of Aged Care Accreditation through to the second phase of industry accreditation has been usefully employed in the establishment of Domain Aged Care. Cathy is co-jointly responsible for developing a generic process based management system which continues to be responsive to the ever changing needs of the aged care sector. Cathy holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences, Cert IV in Workplace Assessment (UCQ), an Eden Associate, advanced Eden trainer and a Director on the Board of Eden in Oz. She is a member of RCN, NIMAC (Qld), and current member of Coaches Consortium (Qld). |

ChairmanReid is the Chairman of Domain Aged Care Group. He is a partner in PKF, Chartered Accountants, in Brisbane, specialising in the aged care sector. He was formerly Managing Partner of the Brisbane practice and the Queensland Director on the Board of PKF Australia Limited. He has practised as a partner for over 30 years and has acquired specific expertise in the aged care industry and information technology and in consulting to Public Companies and major Private Companies. He commenced a consultancy in the aged care industry, specialising in nursing homes, over 30 years ago, and has been closely involved in the industry since that time. Reid is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Fellow of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants. He holds Bachelor of Science and Commerce Degrees together with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Advanced Accounting. |

Chief Financial Officer
Michael Watson is a chartered accountant and specialist business advisor to operators in the aged care industry for almost 15 years. As a partner in the Business Advisory Services Group of PKF, he advises operators regarding business planning, taxation planning and compliance, superannuation planning and a range of other legislative requirements which affect operators in the industry. He specialises in implementing financial management systems for improved financial performance and has a number of clients who he is in regular contact with, some of which are major players in the industry. Michael has worked closely at Board Level with the Domain Aged Care Group and other significant residential aged care operators in Australia in order to develop their financial systems, which has led to improved financial performance. He has also undertaken various consulting assignments including assisting with aged care bed place applications, facility acquisitions, due diligence, finance applications and other aged care financial issues. He is an approved key personnel under the Aged Care Act and is on the panel of the Commonwealth Department of Health and Ageing approved financial administrators in order to assist troubled operators in financial matters. Michael is a member of Aged Care Queensland’s Financial Issues Committee which meets regularly with operators to discuss and resolve financial issues. Michael is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. |
