In each of our facilities is a compassionate, competent CSM who is usually an experienced State Registered Nurse. The CSM manages the site and ensures that care and services are delivered in a timely and appropriate manner by the rest of the care and services team. All our CC's are experienced, compassionate and competent state RN's or EN's who coordinate the direct delivery of care and lifestyle services to our residents. Our CC's monitor the standard of care given and received by residents. The care team consists of experienced, compassionate and "very special" male and female Registered Nurses, Personal Carers and Nurse Assistants. They are supported by other allied health team members such as Physiotherapists, Dieticians, Infection Control and Workplace Health and Safety Officers. Our Lifestyle Team consists of dedicated and energetic Diversional Therapists and Activities Officers who provide group and individual opportunities for our residents to engage in their chosen lifestyle, interests and preferences. Consists of competent and caring cleaning, laundry workers, maintenance officers, catering assistants and chefs who provide and deliver non clinical everyday needs of our residents. The Admin Team consists of capable, experienced and kind clerks and receptionists who support the rest of the staff and residents in the day to day administration needs of the community. Our teams rely on each other. No team can function effectively or harmoniously without the support of all the other teams. All teams are responsible for and focus on giving the best care and service directly to and for the residents. We deliver care and services within an Eden Alternative Community and environment. |
