We provide personal care assistance by qualified carers supervised by experienced RN's with support for all activities of daily living.
Lifestyle:
We provide lifestyle programs reflecting individual’s current and past interests, including opportunities to participate in Residents forums and decision making.
Nursing:
We provide clinical care by experienced aged care Registered Nurses and Endorsed Enrolled Nurses for the management of incontinence, challenging behaviours, wound, palliative care and post hospital rehabilitation.
Catering:
We offer continental and/or hot cooked breakfasts, freshly cooked meals for lunch and dinner, special diets and celebrations. Resident functions catered for.
Allied Health:
Local allied health professionals, i.e. podiatrist and physiotherapist visit and provide treatment as required.
Alternative Therapies:
We can assist you to access complementary and alternative services such as: Aromatherapy, Massage and Reiki, Naturopathy, Homeopathy and Reflexology.
Dementia Care:
We provide contemporary qualified support and care for residents who are confused and wander.
Housekeeping:
We provide a cleaning service to all resident rooms and communal and living spaces.
Linen:
Quality bed linen is provided and laundered.
Maintenance / Grounds:
Our onsite maintenance / grounds person maintains all facility plant and equipment and attends to any repair work needed. Grounds are maintained and cared for to provide residents with a pleasing visual outlook.
Other Services:
As our philosophy of care is based around the Eden Alternative (TM) and Person Centered Care, any identified care and support service that is appropriate for the resident can be arranged and provided. The Department of Health and Ageing determines what care services are provided for Low Care and High Care residents. Residents are obliged and required to pay for the services that don’t fall within the criteria... However staff can facilitate and arrange for these services to be delivered.
